Clockfold is a set of free calculators for hourly work at clockfold.com, operated by SOVASH LLC. This page explains what happens to information when you use the site.

Your times stay on your device

Everything you type into a calculator, including names, clock-in and clock-out times, breaks and hourly rates, is processed in your browser. It is not sent to Clockfold or anyone else.

So you can come back later, the calculators save your entries in your browser's local storage on this device. You can delete them at any time with the Clear or Reset buttons, or by clearing this site's data in your browser settings. Nothing is saved on our servers, and there is no account.

Printing and downloads

When you print a timesheet or download a CSV file, the file is created in your browser and saved where you choose. Clockfold does not receive a copy.

Cookies and tracking

Clockfold does not set cookies and does not use tracking or advertising scripts at this time. If that changes, for example to show ads that pay for the site, this policy will be updated before it happens and will explain the choices you have.

Hosting

The site is served by a hosting and network provider. Like any web server, it processes technical information needed to deliver pages, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, and may keep it briefly in logs for security and reliability. We don't use this to identify you.

Children

Clockfold is a general-audience tool for work hours and is not directed at children under 13.
