About Clockfold
Free, fast calculators for people paid by the hour and the small businesses that pay them.
Most time card tools online are sign-up pages for payroll software, and several get basic cases wrong, such as a shift that ends after midnight. Clockfold does the job right on the first try: enter your times, see the total, print or download it.
How we build the calculators
- Every calculation runs from one tested engine. Overnight shifts, split shifts, unpaid breaks, rounding and overtime are covered by automated tests.
- Each result shows its working, so you can check how a total was reached.
- Overtime follows the federal rule: 1.5 times the regular rate for hours over 40 in a workweek. State-specific rules are added only after they are checked against official sources.
- Your data stays in your browser. There are no accounts. See the privacy policy.
The tools
- Time card calculator: weekly hours, breaks, overtime and pay.
- Timesheet calculator: biweekly sheets for several employees.
- Work hours calculator: hours between times, split shifts.
- Time and a half calculator: 1.5× and 2× overtime pay.
- Time to decimal converter: 7:45 → 7.75 and back.
